My goal in life is to build a home in the mountains or forest (or both!) and live primarily from the land...work remotely, homesteading, homeschooling, big family, back to the simple things that matter! Preferably somewhere that doesn't snow...too much!

Live in South Africa but have dual citizenship with the USA, so plan to emigrate in 2015!

Love being outside – country markets, building a fire, watching birds and climbing trees, hiking, beach, surfing, even just a picnic under a tree staring at the clouds. LOVE star gazing, contemplating the universe and following planets.

Love food gardening, permaculture, the idea of using medicinal plants (at least as a first measure). LOVE star gazing and contemplating the universe; get a complete thrill from seeing more than one planet in the sky at a time (is that just me?!).

Have a young son, who reminds me everyday that we really grow up too soon - and to always live life! Would love to have more children, but also feel so blessed with what (and who) I already have!
