I enjoy many activities including martial arts(especially aikido), reading, going to the cinema, socialising with friends and you could say the odd video game, as well as those on facebook, lol, I would say I meditate, but I just sit there with my eyes closed, lol.
I have strong beliefs when it comes down to Animals and the Environment therefore I donate a little to protecting the planet and its other inhabitants and sign a few petitions
I am a Vegan at heart, having before been a strong vegetarian.

I also enjoy making people laugh.
