Tap, tap, tap...is this thing on??? I've been vegan for about 2 years, probably for some of the same reasons you are vegan. I am reminded daily of what Abraham Lincoln said, "Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be." When it is not possible to be in charge of anything else, at least we can be in charge of our reactions to the ridiculousness of life, sometimes.

Positivity, compassion and strength of personal conviction, these are all great qualities. Loving music and frequently singing out loud are also awesome. As Geneen Roth said, "Have the courage to be who you are." There's is genuinely no need to utilize a lexicon of superfluous, redundant and pretentious verbiage... Just reach out and be yourself.
